Anaphylaxis and Asthma combination, is a combined course designed to give participants the opportunity to gain two nationally recognised qualifications by attending one training session:

22300VIC Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis

Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis is a nationally recognised unit that describes the outcomes required to assist a person suffering an anaphylactic reaction until the arrival of medical assistance. It covers the recognition, management, prevention and risk minimisation strategies related to allergic reactions and anaphylaxis.

The contents of these units address the requirements of the: Children’s Services and Education Legislation Amendment (Anaphylaxis Management) Act 2008, Ministerial Order 706 – Anaphylaxis Management in Victorian Schools and Anaphylaxis Model Policy for Victorian Early Children’s Services.

   

22282VIC Course in the Management of asthma Risks and Emergencies in the Workplace

Course in Management of Asthma Risks and Emergencies in the Workplace is a nationally recognised unit that provides participants with the knowledge and skills to be able to develop an asthma management plan and provide asthma related first aid interventions in the work place.
