Apply Advanced First Aid (HLTFA402C)

This course builds on the Apply First Aid course by incorporating advanced first aid techniques, more advanced monitoring techniques, and the use of oxygen resuscitation, use of a defibrillator, and the administration of pain relief and other basic medications.

Apply Advanced Resuscitation Techniques (HLTFA404B)

This course is designed to provide necessary knowledge and skills to use oxygen in resuscitation, to provide supplemental oxygen for a breathing casualty and to operate oxygen equipment  & AED as part of first aid.

A nationally accredited course designed to provide knowledge and skills to the first aider in order to apply and perform emergency resuscitation and first aid procedures within the first few minutes after a life-threatening incident. First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis (22099VIC/21287VIC)

A nationally recognised course designed to establish the essential skills and underpinning knowledge necessary to assist a person suffering a severe allergic reaction and/or anaphylaxis. Provides an understanding of the administration of adrenalin using a controlled dose injecting device (e.g. EpiPen ®) until the arrival of medical assistance.
